SHIPPING POLICY:

Rock Candy accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our team processes orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.  Packages are shipped via UPS within the United States.  At this time, international shipping is unavailable.

We offer customer a FREE pick-up option courtesy of Lester's in Manhattan.

RETURN POLICY:

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Rock Candy accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of item receipt for a full refund.  In addition, we can offer a merchandise credit for any item postmarked within 14-30 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered, and original tags must be attached.

Sale merchandise, 25% off or more, is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

Return approval is at the discretion of Rock Candy and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Rock Candy offers simple returns! 

To start a return, email us at returns@shoprockcandy.com. Once our team receives your email, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount.

Customers may also drop off orders to be returned at Lester's in Manhattan, which will be processed within 24 hours.

Within 7 days of your return arriving back to us, you will receive an email notification that your return has been processed.  Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund too.
