FAQ

- When will my order ship? Most orders ship the same day we receive them. If we have a delay
in processing your order you will be alerted by email and/or phone.

- How will my order ship? ShopRockCandy use United States Postal Service Priority mail for all shipments.

- How long will it take to receive my order? USPS Priority Mail takes up to 2-5 days to deliver your order. Since we are located on Long Island, NY, we have found orders going the Eastern US take about 2 days & 3-4 days for Western delivery.
